  We couldn't have been happier with the service we got from Amanda and Scott and PS Property Advisory Services as our seller's agents. They were both personable, approachable and good communicators but more importantly, they knew their stuff when it came to dealing with selling our house and any possible risk management strategies we needed to consider. To have them acting on our behalf between us and the real estate agent ensured that we were protected and not bamboozled by real estate speak. As it turned out, our agent did a remarkable job and got us a great price as a result of the work we did on the house based on the advice we had from PS Property Advisory Services. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  Sometimes hard decisions are made easy when you met someone like Carolyn Campbell. We needed someone to hold our hands through the process of selling our family home of 30 years so we could move to our retirement Unit for hopefully the next 20 plus years.
  Carolyn bought clarity, experience, knowledge and a proven plan that started with her creating and overseeing all aspects of the sales process that would deliver a quick sale at the price we wanted, subject to review during the viewing process.
  She delivered her team of professional decorators, tradesmen, fencers, painters, removalists, pool inspectors and Sales Team along with their photographer and property advertisement on RealEstate.com.au.
  That sales team dealt with the three open houses each week and followed all qualified prospects until we achieved an offer that we accepted. A contract was signed and 3 weeks later we settled and moved into our new unit.
  All up from our first appointment with Carolyn to settlement and our move was 9 to 10 weeks. Carolyn held our hands through the process and kept us on track and confident that we would get the result we desired. I would certainly recommend that people looking to sell their homes consider appointing Carolyn to manage the process on their behalf.   Carolyn and her team provided excellent service and advice on the sale of our home in Raby Bay. The property was in need of some updating to be attractive to potential buyers. We live overseas and due to covid we were unable to return to Brisbane to do the updates ourselves. This turned out to be perfect for us because Carolyn did an incredible job with the property and sale. We were in a position where we had to trust her 100% and she did not let us down the improvements were outstanding. The feedback on the property was overwhelming positive and we achieved a sale quickly. We highly recommend Carolyn.

  We were moving back to Brisbane from interstate and a friend recommended Scott from PS Property Advisory. Scott and his team did an amazing job finding us a fantastic house that ticked all our boxes for a price we were very happy with. They looked after us right up to the day of purchase. Scott really knows what to look for in a house and whether there are going to be problems with it down the track. PS Property was with us all the way throughout our search, doing the inspections for us and walking us through them on video, then advising us on the pro's and con's of each property and representing us at auction. They did an amazing job and saved us a lot of time, money and stress!
