  I shop here every week… today whilst at the checkout with some items already scanned through, the checkout girl asked the next person if they wanted to go infront and scanned their single item. I’m standing here my trolley with items in it, didn’t get asked if this was okay (I’m always okay with someone to jump infront with one item) except she had already starting checking me out - she then realised she couldn’t erase my items to let this person in front of my go then we all stood there awkwardly for 5 minutes waiting for a manager. I appreciate she’s probably new but a little common sense - if you’ve started to check someone out you can’t stop and let someone else go through, especially without even asking the customer if that’s okay. Very disappointing, was left there standing with items in my cart that I had to hand back to be re-scanned.

  Had the pleasure of being served by a young man today, who was exceptionally rude and to my father today. My father and I went to buy groceries and through the checkout, the umbrella he wanted to purchase did not have a tag. The young man asked where he got it from and my father responded umbrella, as he doesn’t have the best English. The young man responded in a demeaning and condescending tone “I know it’s an umbrella, thanks for that”. Then when we leave, I hear him badmouthing my father to his co-workers behind our backs. Very rude and unexpected behaviour from what is generally a good store.

  My reliable local Aldi's, thank-you for all your special buys that have gotten me out of bed early... and saved me money. Oh staff are always friendly and reliable too.

  Great prices and always stocked with the essentials. Easy to navigate as it is an average sized store. Aisles are easy to navigate as well and never too busy at all times. Meat section is well stocked too and keep an eye out for the butterfly chicken a must have for dinner for the family.
